Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using Eauth ("Eauth", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of Eauth after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with Eauth, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, your application(s), and any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Eauth for any unlawful or malicious purpose. Without limitation, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund:

  • Creating, distributing, or integrating malware, viruses, or any malicious software. This prohibition is treated as self-evident and does not require proof of actual use or damage.
  • Attempting to crack, reverse engineer, bypass, or otherwise circumvent Eauth's authentication or security systems.
  • Attempting to eavesdrop on, intercept, or gain unauthorized access to our services, infrastructure, or other users' data.
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

If you discover a security vulnerability or bug in our services, you are expected to report it to us rather than exploit it. We appreciate responsible disclosure and, where appropriate, may recognize users who report issues in good faith.

4. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund provided you contact us within the agreed refund window from your date of purchase and provide a valid reason. The agreed refund windows are:

  • 1 day for weekly plans
  • 7 days for monthly plans
  • 30 days for yearly plans

The following are examples of reasons we do not consider valid grounds for a refund:

  • Requesting a refund after the applicable window above has passed.
  • Stating that the purchase was made only to test the product, i.e. a "trial" purchase.
  • Stating that you simply need the money back, or that you no longer use the service.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request that does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

5. Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of your data seriously. Specifically:

  • Emails and passwords are never stored in clear text. All such data is hashed using SHA-512 before storage.
  • We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools to collect data about you or your usage of our services.
  • We adhere to consistent, fair practices across all transactions and account interactions, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or otherwise misuse our services. Amounts paid prior to termination for cause are non-refundable, subject to Section 4 above.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Eauth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eauth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
